He cleaned the construction mess off our windows recently (stickers were on windows, sawdust and drywall bits smashed in the tracks, etc) …some windows 30ft up! I appreciate his honesty and not cutting corners when he realized the job was more than anticipated and would take longer than outlined. He clearly communicated so I knew the expectation and completed the job beyond my expectations.
