radPAD - Home Service Pros provides an online platform that provides information on home services and connects individuals and businesses seeking home services ("Customers") with service professionals ("Pros"). Pros, which may include employees or independent contractors of radPAD - Home Service Pros provide services including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure/soft washing, artificial turf cleaning, solar panel cleaning, BBQ cleaning and holiday lighting installation. radPAD - Home Service Pros contracts directly with the individual or business for the individual or combined services requisitioned.
2. Use of the Site and Services
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site and Services.
b. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Site and Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.

a. Booking: Customers may use the Site to request and book home services from Pros. Pros have the discretion to accept or decline booking requests based on availability and other factors. radPAD - Home Service Pros reserve the right to refuse service to anyone it deems violate these Terms and Conditions.
b. Payment: Pros does not accept nor will we request payment for services offered or contracted through www.hireradpad.com. Customers agree to pay Pros for completed services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified on the contract and/or website where applicable. radPAD - Home Service Pros will collect payment on behalf of all independent contractors Pros contract and remit payment to Pros after deducting any applicable fees or commissions.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. radPAD - Home Service Pros disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall radPAD - Home Service Pros be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, even if radPAD - Home Service Pros has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
